PrincessMe Spa– Policy Agreement

Effective as of 7/16/2025
Applies to both Mobile Spa Bus & In-Store Spa Party Services
All services provided by PrincessMe are for entertainment purposes only.

 

Mobile Spa Bus Policies

Booking & Payment

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are payable via Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

  • The remaining balance is due in full no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled party date.

  • Your party is not confirmed until both the deposit and signed party contract are received.

  • If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, PrincessMe reserves the right to cancel your event, or if services are rendered, the card on file will be charged for the outstanding amount.

  • We do not accept personal checks. Cash is not accepted for mobile party balance payments.

 

Travel & Location Requirements

  • The PrincessMe Spa Bus will travel up to 20 miles from our store location:
    9739 Northlake Centre Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28216.

  • Locations beyond 20 miles will incur a travel fee of $9 per additional mile, up to a maximum of 30 miles.

  • Parties cannot take place in public parks without official written permission from the park ranger.

  • Parties held at hotels must have pre-approved clearance from hotel management.

  • The client is responsible for reserving a legal parking space for the Spa Bus for the full duration of the party.

  • The Spa Bus will remain stationary throughout the party for safety purposes.

 

Guest Count & Participation

  • You are financially responsible for the number of guests confirmed at booking, even if fewer guests attend.

 

Supervision & Safety

  • A maximum of 2 adults may remain on the spa bus during the party due to limited space.

  • All parents are welcome to enter during fashion show time for photos and celebration.

  • Children will be required to enter and exit the bus via stairs. PrincessMe is not liable for any injuries that may occur while under our supervision on the bus.

Health, Allergies & Sanitation

  • PrincessMe does not cut nails or cuticles for safety and sanitation reasons.

  • Guests may receive services that include: manicures, pedicures, facials, makeup application, hair glitter, and accessories.

  • All products used are for entertainment only. Parents must disclose any allergies or sensitivities in advance. PrincessMe is not responsible for allergic reactions to any products used.

 

In-Store Spa Party Policies

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Final payment is due upon arrival/check-in at our store location. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or cash in person.

  • Your party is not confirmed until both the deposit and signed party contract are received.

  • We do not accept personal checks. Failure to pay the balance at check-in may result in cancellation of services or full charge to the card on file.

 

Guest Count & Participation

  • The final headcount given at booking is the amount due. No refunds for no-shows.

 

Parental Participation

  • We kindly ask that adults remain in the designated parent lounge or waiting area during the party to avoid disrupting the experience.

Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

  • Clients may bring cake only (cupcakes or traditional cake).

  • All other food and beverages must be purchased from our in-house Café.

  • Clients must bring their own plates, utensils, if bringing a cake.

 

Decor & Setup

  • Each party includes themed setup, decorated party tables, music, and complete cleanup by staff🌦️ Cancellations & Emergencies

 

Cancellations & Emergencies

In the event of severe weather, serious illness, or unforeseen emergencies affecting the birthday child, PrincessMe will offer an opportunity to reschedule your party. While we will do our best to accommodate a preferred date, specific time slots are not guaranteed.

 

General Safety & Liability

Services are for entertainment purposes only and not intended as licensed spa, salon, or medical treatments.

  • PrincessMe, LLC and its staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or allergic reactions that may occur during your event.

  • For hygiene and safety, PrincessMe does not perform any cutting of nails or cuticles.

 

 Additional Notes

  • Gratuity is not included in the party package pricing. If you are pleased with the service, our team greatly appreciates your tip.

  • All prices, packages, and policies are subject to change without notice.

  • Package downgrades are not allowed within 24 hours of your event.
